The journal «EcoSoEn (Economics, Social and Engineering Sciences)» publishes original and unpublished articles related to the results and data gathered within scientific research in such fields as economy, sociology and psychology, engineering, IT etc. The decision to publish the submitted article is taken by the members of editorial board after the procedure of peer-review and anti-plagiarism check. The articles that were rejected by the editorial board are not revised or evaluated the second time. The editorial board does not polemicize with the authors of the rejected articles. The articles are published in Romanian, Russian, English, French and German.
The frequency of appearance (issuing) of the journal – 4 issues per year (print version and electronic version available).

Potential authors from country and from abroad do not pay fees for submitting, processing and reviewing their articles.
The assessment of articles has the following aspects:
The primary assessment focuses on the structure of the article, as well as if the title and content of the article correspond to the journal’s fields.
The originality and topicality of the presented data, present interest and reason for being published; the journal support the research.
Content: every element is taken into account, following if: the title reveals fully the article content; the key-words mirror main points of the content; the introduction is concise and describes the investigated problem and the importance of the realized study; how well is known the approached problem in the specialized literature. The content itself of the work should contain arguments, the necessity of research, analyzing and synthesizing the specialized literature, the results of the carried out research – these components should be expressed clearly and in a logical succession.
The article review process
The process of review the submitted works has some stages, having as goal the selection of the most valuable works, ensuring the quality of the published material. The scientific article or the review that is submitted for publishing in the journal passes the test “the Software of detecting the Plagiarism” by the free system of anti-plagiarism check (www.detectareplagiat.ro). The editors, after determining that the article meets all requirements of the scientific article, contains all mandatory constitutive elements, distribute the submitted works to the experts from the given field for peer-review process. The reviewing is realized by a competent specialist in the field under discussion, selected from the Editorial Board of the journal, as well as the members and professors of the Doctoral School of Economic, Social and Engineering Sciences. Afterwards, the paper and the reviews reports are presented to the editors that are taking the final decision concerning the publishing of the submitted article. The author will be notified by the editorial team if the article accomplishes the requirements and on the final decision. If the review report is negative the article is rejected and the material is not returned to the author.
